Première grossesse pour moi, et j'avais vraiment besoin d'être rassurée parce qu'attendre les rdv c'est super long. J'ai acheté le rituel essentiel.
Alors ce qui m'a le plus impressionnée, c'est la qualité du son. On entend vraiment trop bien le cœur du bébé, et c'est un moment super fort à chaque fois.
J'ai aussi beaucoup apprécié tout ce qu'il y a autour du produit. Après ma commande, j'ai reçu un guide d'utilisation et un e-book super complets. Le guide m'a carrément aidée à comprendre où positionner le scan émotionnel selon mon stade de grossesse. Tout est expliqué simplement et c'est vraiment facile à utiliser, même quand on n'y connaît rien comme moi lol.
J'avais peur d'avoir du mal à m'en servir, mais finalement tout s'est fait naturellement.

Honestly, I loved it... at 12 weeks I could already hear his heart, I didn't think it would be possible so early.
It's super simple, I even did it with my children, it really helps them realize that there's a baby.
The meditations also did me good, they allowed me to calm down a bit.
And the guide received by email after the order is really great, it's super clear and helps to know where to position the emotional scan.

Frankly, I really liked it. I immediately felt comfortable with something simple yet profound. It's easy to use and accessible to everyone.
The meditations did me good. They allowed me to settle down and take time for myself (with a baby already at home, there's not always time), to reconnect a little with myself and the upcoming baby.

No, the Sonéa Emotional Scan is completely safe. It uses the same Doppler ultrasound technology as devices used by healthcare professionals, at a much lower power. It is CE certified and complies with current European standards. It does not replace medical monitoring but offers a moment of connection in complete serenity.

How many weeks old does it have to be for me to use it?

Your baby's heartbeat can usually be detected from the 12th week of pregnancy, sometimes a little later depending on the baby's morphology and position. Don't worry if you don't hear it immediately: this is completely normal. The Sonéa ritual is designed to be a moment of relaxation, free from pressure or performance.

How do meditations work?

Each Sonéa box contains a QR code providing access to a library of 21 exclusive guided meditations, divided into 10 themes (accepting pregnancy, soothing fears, bonding with baby, preparing for childbirth, etc.). Each theme offers two complementary meditations: one for relaxation, the other with an Emotional Scan. You can listen to them on your phone, at your own pace.

How long does delivery take?
