It is CE certified and complies with current European standards. It does not replace medical monitoring but offers a moment of connection in complete serenity.
How many weeks old does it have to be for me to use it?
Your baby's heartbeat can usually be detected from the 12th week of pregnancy, sometimes a little later depending on the baby's morphology and position. Don't worry if you don't hear it immediately: this is completely normal. The Sonéa ritual is designed to be a moment of relaxation, free from pressure or performance.
How do meditations work?
Each Sonéa box contains a QR code providing access to a library of 21 exclusive guided meditations, divided into 10 themes (accepting pregnancy, soothing fears, bonding with baby, preparing for childbirth, etc.). Each theme offers two complementary meditations: one for relaxation, the other with an Emotional Scan. You can listen to them on your phone, at your own pace.
How long does delivery take?
Your box is shipped within 48 hours from France. Delivery is free for metropolitan France. Shipments to Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, and French overseas departments and territories are also possible; costs are calculated at checkout.
